Constipation is a major problem, and I get questions most of the time regarding it. That’s why I’m going to cover all the aspects like causes, symptoms, and treatment, which will help relieve constipation.

In most of the cases, this happens because too much water is absorbed from the food. The more slow moves of the food through the digestive tract, the more water colon will absorb. Resulting, faces/shits become hard and dry.

2. Drink Water
Drinking water plays a very major role in several health benefits. Therefore, because of being dehydrated regularly can make you become constipated. In order to prevent constipation,  it is vital to drink sufficient amount of water and stay hydrated. 

whenever you feel constipated, you could try finding some relief by drinking water.

Dehydration can make you become constipated. Make sure drink enough water around 3- 4 liter a day.

5. Try To Have A Low FODMAP Diet
Basically, Low FODMAP is a low fermentable carb known as FODMAPS.

The low-FODMAP diet is an elimination diet that is usually used to treat IBS ( irritable bowel syndrome). It can be effective at treating your constipation if IBS is only caused. Study

Though FODMAP stands for fermentable disaccharides, polyols, monosaccharides, and oilo-saccharides. This diet contains limiting high FODMAP foods for a period of time before reintroducing them to determine which ones you can bear.
